I just wanted to share a new service offering to my fabulous clients! I'm now a Certified Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor over at LVAC.
They have a really great childcare program and a lot of awesome classes. If you'd rather have a one-on-one session or small groups, that can be arranged too!
