to an unforgettable week celebrating our incredible Administrator, Mistie! ❤️

From March 9-13, NLVCC had the absolute joy of honoring her during Long Term Care Administrators Week, and it was nothing short of amazing. Each day brought a new theme that let us show just how much she means to all of us, from dressing like her (which gave us a glimpse into her signature style!), to twin day where we doubled the fun, to lighting up the building in her favorite color, red.

But beyond the laughter, creativity, and fun, what truly stood out was the love and appreciation we all share for Mistie. Her leadership, compassion, and unwavering dedication create a positive and supportive environment not just for our team, but for everyone we serve. She leads with heart, inspires us daily, and makes our workplace feel like a true community.

Mistie, thank you for everything you do. You are deeply appreciated, genuinely respected, and so very loved—not just this week, but every single day. ❤️
