3) The PH-36F Phototherapy Psoriasis Lamp. This FDA tested device does require a prescription because it is an official medical device. The full name is: Cooper Hewitt PH-36F, it provides effective treatment for most types of localized, mild to moderate psoriasis. It does require a prescription, but you only need this prescription once.
