Breathe It In Salt Rooms is a local wellness center specializing in Salt Therapy, Ion & Oxygen treatments. When you walk into Breathe It In Salt Rooms, you immediately feel welcome and at ease. Our salt rooms use the newest top-of-the-line halogenerators to crush pharmaceutical grade salt grains into micro particles for inhalation and surfaces are covered with natural rock salt to create a sterilized and negative ion environment.
Salt Therapy is a 100% natural alternative for people suffering from a variety of respiratory and skin conditions. Salt Therapy benefits people of all ages, ranging from infants to the elderly. During the 45 minute session, you can relax, enjoy music, or read in our cozy, spa-like salt covered rooms while breathing in microscopic salt particles.
Breathe It In Salt Rooms’ one-of-a-kind Ion Lounge offers a soothing soft-sensory therapy experience with Healing Frequency Music and the highest level of Negative Ion Therapy to enhance mood and alleviate stress & anxiety. Recommended for ages 14 & over.
