We wanted to update everyone on a few things related to our drive thru services:

- Our Rogers location is now closed. The Fayetteville location remains open from 8:30-3:30 for Covid testing.

- Our Little Rock location will shorten its Saturday hours to 9:00-11:00 beginning this Saturday, July 3. This location will also remain as cash/credit card only for Saturday hours.

- All locations will be closed on July 5, in observance of Independence Day, and will reopen on Tuesday, July 6.

- The Little Rock location is still taking appointments for the Pfizer vaccine. We also offer off-site vaccine clinics for businesses. Please call our offices to receive more information on the vaccine.

Our Little Rock drive thru location has walk up spots available today, June 21, for the Pfizer vaccine. It is available until 5:00 tonight.

Just a quick reminder that all locations will be closed on Memorial Day.

Beginning on Tuesday, June 1, our Little Rock location will be able to accept all insurance claims again. We thank you so much for your patience while we got everything updated.

We would like to inform you that this Friday, May 28, will be the final day of operation for our North Little Rock drive thru location.

In addition, our Little Rock, Fayetteville, and Rogers locations will all be closed on Memorial Day.

At this time we are still unable to accept insurance at our Little Rock and North Little Rock drive thru locations. Uninsured patients are still covered under the Cares Act and all patients are able to pay $100 for a test. We can also accept patients who have an order from their physician at no charge to the patient. We are working diligently to have a solution as quickly as possible.

Due to an IT system upgrade we will be unable to accept insurance patient claims on Wednesday, May 19th. Please continue to monitor this page as we will update it daily to let you know when the new system will be up and running. We will continue to test all patients at a charge of $100 paid by cash/credit card. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to be operating normally soon.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Benton and Hot Springs drive thru locations will be closed today, April 21.

We wanted to make everyone aware of changes that have been made to our drive thru testing process.

At this time, PCR Covid tests for travel purposes are no longer covered under many insurance policies. There will now be a $100 charge by cash or credit card for all testing done for travel. This change does not affect the next day turn around time for results and you can ensure the same great level of service at all of our drive thru locations!

Please contact your insurance company directly to see if they are or are not covering this test moving forward.

As we approach the one-year mark of the pandemic, we're looking back at COVID-19 testing in our state. In the early days PCR results could take more than a week, making stopping the spread very difficult. They work directly with each client to ensure quality customer service and solve any issue in a timely manner.
