Our Therapy Director, Ashley Villarreal Fleeman MS, CCC-SLP, alongside speech therapists Daisy Velasquez MS, CCC-SLP and Jasmin Martinez MS, CCC presented at the Arkansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association State Conference on a topic they are deeply passionate about—Cultural Humility in our field.
This was their first time presenting at a conference, but when you care deeply about the work you do and the communities you serve, you show up and do the work. Proud to see their voices advocating for more culturally responsive care in speech-language pathology. 🌎✨

Fue la primera vez que presentaron en una conferencia, pero cuando te importa profundamente el trabajo que haces y las comunidades a las que sirves, te presentas y haces el trabajo. Nos llena de orgullo ver cómo alzan sus voces para abogar por una atención más culturalmente sensible en la patología del habla y lenguaje. 🌎✨
