Happy sunny Monday! I am letting everyone officially know that I am back into bodywork and teaching full time!

I continue to offer Reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and relaxing massage therapy in addition to teaching continuing education courses. All work is client focused and aimed at reducing stress and pain, improving vitality of life, and BALANCE…. considering mind, body, and spirit.

In gratitude to those of you who will return or help me spread the word!!! I currently offer out calls in central Arkansas in addition to accepting appointments in the Helena/West Helena area thanks to Karen Cooke Schwantz! If all goes well, clinic space in North Little Rock will be available soon.

The Phase One intro to foot reflexology is a must before Phase Two where we dive deeper into the physiological systems and reflexes plus learn a full one hour routine/session.

Phase One is being offered this Sunday, March 15, in Kensett again for those wishing to be added to the Phase Two class March 21-22 in North Little Rock!

Looks like I am going to shuffle things around a bit for upcoming course offerings.

Phase 1 intro to foot reflexology (6 hrs $140) - hoping some of you from the Searcy/Cabot area might want to work with me during a weekday between now and March 20!

Then I will offer the follow up course Phase 2 (15 hrs $350) on March 21-22 in North Little Rock.

There’s interest in my 18 hr lymphatic drainage course in the Horseshoe Bend area!

UPDATED: Anyone out there needing CE hours? Interested in Reflexology or Lymphatic Drainage classes?

I am offering my introductory foot reflexology (Phase 1 on my website) 6-hr class on February 21 and on March 7 from 9-4:00 in North Little Rock. It’s $140 via cash, check or Venmo.

Phase 2 is a continuation of study for 15 hrs of credit $350. That class gives more indepth insight into a full session of giving and receiving the work. That class will be offered March 8-9.

As for the Lymphatic work, I will offer the 18 hr course March 21-22. The class total is $450 but can be divided into a deposit plus balance. This is 6 hrs of home based study and reading then 12 hrs in classroom credit.
