💆‍♂️ Jaw pain? Frequent headaches? You might be experiencing Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD). 💆‍♀️

Your TMJs connect your lower jaw to your skull and get a workout every day when you talk, chew, yawn, or swallow. Sometimes, they can become strained or misaligned, causing discomfort.

Common TMD Symptoms:
🔹 Jaw pain or stiffness
🔹 Ear pain, ringing, or stuffiness
🔹 Frequent headaches or neck aches
🔹 Clicking, popping, or locking of the jaw
🔹 Muscle spasms and changes in bite

Not all jaw pain is TMD, but it’s important to get checked. Preventive tips for healthy TMJs:
✔️ Relax your jaw: “lips together, teeth apart”
✔️ Avoid grinding teeth and excessive gum chewing
✔️ Maintain good posture and balanced chewing
✔️ Use a headset instead of cradling your phone
