Arkansas’ pharmacists know best!

Thank you to the Arkansas Legislature for passing HB1150 and Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders for signing the bill to become ACT 624 which requires PBMs to CHOOSE between being a PBM or a pharmacy BUT NOT BOTH in the state of Arkansas! This legislation protects patients access, demands fair pricing, and provides better care for Arkansans!
