Back from a fantastic festival in Kansas City. This means Chris and I are no longer masking unless a client requests it. Our masking was to prevent illness that would have possibly resulted us in canceling our appearance. We want to thank all the amazing clients that we okay with us taking that extra step.

That being said I have neglected to post about openings and therefore have a lot available. Chris as well.

Chris and I have made the decision to start masking as service providers in the salon until this wave of 4 viruses has passed.

As we have dual careers, we have an upcoming headlining an out of state festival in a few weeks. We owe it to this opportunity/obligation to make every effort to remain healthy leading into it.

What does this mean for clients? We feel us being masked along with running our hepa filters, will be a sufficient level of precautions. Which means we are NOT asking or requiring clients to wear them. We remember how it complicated a number of services that we offer.

That being said we will have masks available if client feel they would like one.

Chris Long has opening in the salon as well for massage. Our schedules are pretty opposite this week, so please reach out to him to schedule his side of things. He should have a few openings on most days this week and next.

I know a lot of the trend right now are bixies, mullets, and shags. However it is important to listen to our clients as life isn’t one size fits all. This client want a smooth soft and easy to style cut that kept it long while still making her think hair lighter. I finished off with a bouncy blowout.
