Currently comcast has our Internet out, working on updates, and it may be out all day. If you have tried to call us, the out going message says that we are in a staff meeting until 2. ‼️ATTENTION TO ALL PATIENTS‼️

Our online scheduling software is having technical difficulties. We are trying to resolve these issues. Some issues you may experience while we figure this out:

-appointments requested online may be denied due to specific time slots being unavailable but showing available online. If this occurs, a member of our staff will reach out to schedule you for a different date/time.

-confirmation text for an appointment that has been canceled/rescheduled.
-text asking for confirmation when you have already previously confirmed the appointment.
-email messages confirming your appointment even if you’ve still canceled.

We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause all of you. If you have any questions please call our office at 501-758-9500. Thank you all for your patience while we work to resolve these issues.
