Little Rock Recovery is an outpatient treatment center in Arkansas that provides Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for those dealing with substance abuse. Our mission is to offer compassionate, evidence-based care that treats the whole person—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

We’ve made it to Thursday …. Almost the end of the week mountain. Some of us sprinted up it, some of us crawled, and a few of us are just hanging on like, “Is it Friday yet?” 😂

But hey… recovery teaches us one thing: we don’t have to do this climb alone. One day at a time, one step at a time, and before you know it, we’re sliding down into the weekend. 🙌
