EngageMED was formed in January 1995 as a collaborative effort between Little Rock Family Practice and St. Our goal at the time was to operate a physician billing company that delivered an efficient platform for medical groups and private medical practices to outsource their revenue cycle management, which provided a pathway for independent physicians to maintain their practice autonomy.
