Something exciting is happening…and we have a feeling you will be just as excited as we are! We’ve heard the frustrations with our phone system and tomorrow…we are switching systems! 🎉 We have been told the switch will happen between 9:30am and 11:30am. There SHOULDN’T be any down time, but as with all things technology, we want to be prepared just in case. IF you can’t get through our phones during that time, please reach out on Azova (online chat via our website). Thank you so much for your patience! We hope this upgrade will be just as great for you as it will be for us! 💕

Mt Naomi clinic will be CLOSED for ALL in person visits July 23, July 24 and July 25th. July 23rd and 25th, staff will be available via phone or on Azova chat during regular business hours. We will not have phones on for the scheduled holiday, on the 24th. There will be urgent on call staff available, as with any holiday. We will not have lab open those 3 days. Dr. Bertoldo is able to see currently scheduled patients (July 23rd) at After this closure, we are hopeful to be close to functioning in our old spaces again! Well friends, the madness has begun. Please pardon the mess and changes over the next few weeks while we get back to square one!

Our kind neighbors, , has graciously offered to let us also use their waiting room while we reconstruct! Patients will want to enter the door to Mt Naomi across the hall from the elevator. Once you have checked in with reception (first door to your left) you will get to hang out in their cute waiting room and one of our MAs will come grab you from there!

We know this is less than ideal, but again, we appreciate your patience and understanding!

Unfortunately, Mt Naomi experienced a damaging flood over the 4th weekend! We are working hard to get back to square one but the damage goes deeper than eyes meet! Over the next, probably few months, our clinic will have construction in different blocked off areas. We will do our best to keep the flow of things as smooth as possible! We thank you for your patience while we navigate and get back to normal! 💕
