ay through college at Long Island University in Southampton, NY, she worked at the top 5 star Fine Dining Restaurants...she learned everything from front of the house to back of the house...she has been a Bartender, Server, and Chef..She has worked at The Amagansett Farmers Market, Rowdy Hall, The Palm, Pacific East, Montauk Yacht Club, Montauk Manor, Billboard Live in South Beach, Club Soda in Aspen CO, Claws On Wheels in East Hampton, Babette's Vegan Gourmet in East Hampton, NY, and has worked with several of the top vegan restaurants from coast to coast, conducted workshops in homes of the rich and famous, and prepared gourmet vegan meals for countless celebrities.
