Did you know Dr. Abby sees and cares for show animals? If you are noticing inconsistent growth, behavioral problems, them not wanting to stand in show position your animal may need to be seen.

Dr. Abby has worked an array of different animals and would love an opportunity to get your animal performing at their best. The office can accommodate you and your animal's needs by offering 2 different appointments, the first being a barn call where she comes to you, the second being you bring your animal to here to the office and she will come out and see them in the parking lot.

Another post about the biggest change the office has made!! We have started using a different system to schedule appointments. It is called ChiroTouch. This system allows 2-way text communication with the office. The number for this feature is different from office calling number. The text communication number is 260-529-7110.

The other change that comes with this system is the online booking portal. If you have previously booked appointments online, you can still do so however, you will need to use a different site now.
The site is https://patient.chirotouch.com/ResilientLifeChiropractic
If you are an existing patient, use the check-in button and type in your information to access the account that is already created for you within the system.

This change will not change the rest of the office. We are striving to better care for you and make us more accessible to you.

If you didn't know, Dr. Abby changed patient management systems to better serve you!

One of the perks of this change allows you to text the office with any need that you may have. The texting feature has its own number and is the same number your reminder texts come from. The Number is 260-529-7110.

Dr Abby is unsure if new patients that are not yet in her system can text this number, so if you haven't heard back from her within 24 hours, please call the office at 260-867-2062.

Oh the season of more road construction is upon us!! Most of the maindrag of Manchester is going to have restrictions and closures the majority if the summer. That being said here are the 2 possible routes you can take to get to the office if you are coming from the west.
Blue route: turn left onto state road 13, follow around to market street, take that clear to state road 114 and then turn left and proceed as you have for the last 6 months of getting to the office.

Orange route: turn right onto state road 13, take that to 1100 N (the road at eel river outdoor power) turn left. Follow that to 175 W turn left. This will take you out by the covered bridge. Turn right take to the next stop sign, turn left. Take up to the barricades, go around the barricades to get to the office.

Both routes will take you by schools so please plan on giving yourself extra time if you have an appointment during school drop off or pick up times.

Some day we will be done with dealing with road construction and detours for you to get to the office. Until then please take your time and give yourself buffer time.

Dr. Abby will be out of the office till 4 PM today to present to the North Miami Ag classes. If you need to make an appointment and are an existing patient, you can either use your patient portal or call and leave a message and we will get back to you when we get into the office later today, 260-867-2062. Normal hours will resume tomorrow.

Dr. Abby will be out of the office till 4 PM tomorrow so she can present to the North Miami Ag classes. If you are needing to schedule an appointment you can call the office or use your patient portal to schedule an appointment as an existing patient.

We seemed to have acquired new sunglasses here at the office sometime Friday. If you are missing your sunglasses stop by and pick them up.

Due to many inquiries for Saturday appointments, we are going to start adding in a Saturday appointment day occasionally. You will have to call the office to get onto the schedule, they will not be available to be booked online. NO WALK IN APPOINTMENTS ARE GOING TO ACCEPTED! For the month of March, we are only booking appointments for at the office and will not be doing barn calls. If you are needing an appointment for you or your animal, call the office at 260-867-2062 to get scheduled on this Saturday.

Heads up, Dr. Abby will not be seeing patients February 11th-13th. If you are needing an appointment this week, call to get onto the schedule prior to this break at the office. We have 1 new patient time slot available on Tuesday at 11:45. We also have quite a few current patient slots available both Monday and Tuesday.
