The nationwide shortage of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) is a well-documented problem that doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. The lack of accessibility to training in areas contributes to the shortage.
High-STEP CNA is working to change that by making CNA training more accesible, aligned with industry needs, and with real unities on the other side of learning. But we can't do it alone.
