The January 2nd, 2014 shift ushered in a regenerative force that will shake us to the core. This regeneration affects us inside and out! Pay attention to your health and fitness. Use your skills, gifts and talents AS your purpose. As always, let your path find you. Slowing down doesn't mean 'stop'. Rather, slowing down in view of this recent shift, means to eliminate things in your life that keep you preoccupied with continuing worry and stress. Set your actions in favor of "what you love to do", then, take one step at a time. A new year always brings resolve. YOU bring something to the new year's table. YOU make it happen! Wishing all students and clients, friends and family a Happy Solstice...students remember that the threshold is midnight on the 21st. The theme for this winter season is "snowfalling-in-love". Interpret that broadly! In addition, whatever holidays are being celebrated during this season, I wish them Merry, Happy, and Blessed for each and all of you. I am in gratitude and love....Shari
