Nestled in a quiet residential area, Vista Prairie at North Pointe is located at 2135 Lor Ray Drive, North Mankato, Minnesota. A quiet 100 unit senior housing complex, featuring one bedroom, one bedroom plus a den, and two bedroom apartments, with or without the luxury of a patio that range in size from 510-980 square-feet. Vista Prairie at North Pointe apartments were designed to keep our residents as independent as possible, for as long as possible. Each home features a full kitchen, private bath with low-step showers, spacious closets and the peace of mind of our exclusive emergency response system. Vista Prairie at North Pointe also features 20 Care Suites that offer a higher level of assisted living with 24-hour continuous care and are appropriate for individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness, require concentrated rehabilitation, hospice or need ongoing health-related care. Vista Prairie at North Point also offers Independant Living as an age in place living option in their community. This is an opportunity for Indvidual's that do not currently need support with daily life activities and personal care services, yet want to enjoy maintenance free living, have a peace of mind, security and socialization, living in community with other seniors on a parallel journey in life. Vista Prairie at North Pointe also provides Respite Care for short term stays. We also have the following amenities included in our rent:
* Three meals each day
* Housekeeping weekly
* Laundry weekly
* All utilities (except telephone)
* 24 hour resident assistant staffing
* Community bus for transportation
* Emergency pendant system
* Management on site
* RNs on site for daily consultation
* On site mail delivery and pick up
* Maintenance provided
* Daily well-being checks
* Daily trash removal

Pancakes at the Pointe was a hit this morning at Vista Prairie at North Pointe! 🥞✨
We had a wonderful turnout with residents and families coming together to enjoy a delicious breakfast and great company.
Jeff, our amazing Head of Maintenance, was busy flipping flapjacks all morning — and never stopped smiling! A huge thank-you to him and to everyone who pitched in to make the event such a warm and memorable gathering.
The menu didn’t disappoint either: pancakes, sausage, cheesy potatoes, bacon, and eggs… truly a breakfast feast! 🥓🍳
Such a fun and uplifting way to start the day!

Congratulations to our most recent Aspire champions! Each month we honor one resident and one employee who embody our commitment to enhance the quality of life at Vista Prairie at North Pointe in any or all of our five critical areas - social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual.

Our employee champion, Grace W., always comes in ready to work! She is reliable and very intentional with everyone around her. She loves and respects the residents and staff.

Our resident champion, Pat O., is always willing to take care of others. She even gave her dessert to another resident when she got the last one!
