Throwback to a conversation on the .burza podcast—formerly Uplevel Together, now Rise to More—and this one speaks to ethics behind the scenes.
One of the more frustrating parts of being a provider is seeing treatments that don’t feel aligned with a “do no harm” mindset. Even if a patient asks for more filler, the real question should always be: is this actually in their best interest?
Ethical aesthetics isn’t about giving people everything they ask for. It’s about knowing when more isn’t better, and having the integrity to say no when a face doesn’t need additional filler.
That decision is personal. It’s rooted in values, experience, and respect for long-term outcomes—not trends, pressure, or short-term gratification.
At Aesthetic Creator, integrity comes first. Guidance, restraint, and honesty matter just as much as technical skill.
