Join our friendly and professional team! Weโ€™re looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist whoโ€™s reliable, organized, and ready to be the welcoming face of our clinic.
๐Ÿ•’ Hours:
โ€ข Monโ€“Wed: 3:45 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM (sometimes 8:00 PM)
โ€ข Saturday: 8:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM
โ€ข Possible additional weekday coverage as needed (7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM)
๐Ÿ’ผ Duties include:
โœ… Greet patients
โœ… Answering phones & scheduling appointments
โœ… Front office support
๐ŸŒŸ Experience in a medical/therapy office is a plus, but not required.

Paul is a uniquely qualified trainer with a strong background in physics, mathematics, and defensive techniques. Paul attended SUNY Oneonta and received his masters from CW post before being accepted into Marine Corps Officer Candidate School where he was commissioned to the rank of Lieutenant. With a deep understanding of body mechanics and functional movement, he creates highly personalized training programs that optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury. His expertise in affine transformations and mechanics allows him to tailor each program to the specific needs and goals of his clients, whether they are focused on strength, mobility, or rehabilitation.
In addition to his scientific approach to fitness, Paul has a background in training cadets at the police academy, where he specialized in defensive tactics techniques. This experience has honed his ability to teach practical skills that require precision, control, and quick decision-making under pressure. Combining his knowledge of body mechanics with real-world defensive training, Paul offers a comprehensive approach to fitness and self-defense, ensuring his clients not only build strength and mobility but also develop the skills needed for personal protection and safety.
Paul believes while getting people to a target weight or fitness level is important, the real value comes from fostering an appreciation of a healthy and holistic lifestyle that will carry on throughout a persons life. Paul teaches police officers about weight management, and overall wellness and has practiced meditation and mindfulness since 2016. Paul is also New York state certified to teach defensive tactics and has knowledge and experience in several forms of martial arts and self defense.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Denise DeAngelo is a practicing massage therapist with 10 years of experience. She received her New York College of Health Professional license in May 2013.

Deniseโ€™s education and understanding of the human body in therapeutic massage allow her to assess and identify each personโ€™s problem areas and the source of their pain. Whether pain is caused by an accident or from everyday overuse, using a combination of myofascial release, stretching, and/or cupping helps to reduce and relieve pain, and tension, and increase mobility.

In addition to massage therapy, Denies also has five years of experience with manual lymph drainage massage which helps to gently remove painful swelling in limbs and underarms caused by breast cancer surgery, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and lymphedema. Lymph drainage massage is known to improve circulation and reduce leg swelling caused by various conditions including but not limited to cardiac, surgical, and diabetic issues.

Over Deniseโ€™s more than 10 years of practice, she has had the privilege of helping people feel better and has had the pleasure of forming wonderful relationships with my many repeat clients. Through her caring and dedicated service, she has become a well-liked and respected practitioner in our practice.
