Understanding Your Emotions

It's okay if you don’t feel okay — emotions are messengers, not enemies.

Instead of pushing feelings away, try this:

Name it: “I feel anxious.”

Accept it: “It’s okay to feel this way.”

Explore it: “What might be causing this?”

Being in tune with your emotions helps you respond — not just react.
Mental health isn’t about avoiding hard feelings; it’s about learning how to live with them.
