I've had two fractures in my left foot for one month and a half, but I didn't see a doctor until the third week. It was an orthopedic doctor who told me to wear a Cam Boot and stay completely off my foot for an additional three weeks to see if the fractures start healing. When I returned to the orthopedic doctor, he said my foot wasn't healing. He said I needed to see a podiatrist, and was possibly facing surgeryI found Dr. Olacio through my Oscar Insurance. I then Googled her to read patient's reviews about their experience.I was satisfied with the reviews, so I scheduled an appointment.I loved, loved, loved my first interaction with Dr. Olacio and her staff. All were very professional and caring. Dr. Olacio was thorough and also told me I did not need surgery because my fractures were perfectly aligned. She also told me to continue to wear the boot and to start walking on my left foot, but I have restrictions when I exercise. She explained why I need to walk on my foot.

Friendly environment, great staff, Dr Olacio understands my problems and is willing to help me in any way she can.

I'm a lifelong martial artist, instructor, exercise physiologist, and coach. Having had my share of orthopedic issues over the years, I am very deliberate when choosing physicians. After dealing with plantar fasciitis for 6 months, I decided to make an appointment with a qualified podiatrist. For me, that meant a podiatrist who understands? More athletes, and would work to have me continue training while getting resolution from pain. When I arrived at her office, I was immediately greeted by name, taken into the room, and was treated professionally and thoroughly. She took the time to listen not only to my symptoms, but also what my expectations as an athlete are. She was able to provide me with insight to continue getting better while training.

Estoy completamente feliz de tener a la Dra Olacio como mi Podiatra, muy profesional me siento segura de poder tener mi cirugía de mi bunion del pie izquierdo con ella , su personal asistente excelente, una atención esmerada con mucha preocupación por el paciente, y después de esta cirugía planificare la de mi pie derecho .

I'm a lifelong martial artist, instructor, exercise physiologist, and coach. Having had my share of orthopedic issues over the years, I am very deliberate when choosing physicians. For me, that meant a podiatrist who understands athletes, and would work to have me continue training while getting resolution from pain. When I arrived at her office, I was immediately greeted by name, taken into the room, and was treated professionally and thoroughly. She took the time to listen not only to my symptoms, but also what my expectations as an athlete are. She was able to provide me with insight to continue getting better while training. Really looking forward to feeling better, and for my follow up in 2 weeks!
