Check out my stories for some optional transitions from Trikonasana (Triangle Pose).

Trikonasana stretches your hamstrings & lower back and it opens your chest & shoulders. It’s a great asana to add into your “after run/workout” sequence. Spinal stretches and shoulder opening stretches especially help after I’ve been pushing a stroller throughout my run.
