The Fresh Diet has a long history of providing healthy and delicious meals to customers all over the country. When we say fresh, we mean fresh.

Launched back in 2005 by food-tech entrepreneur Zalmi Duchman. Fresh Diet is what we like to call the “un-diet.” We think about food differently. We source the best ingredients to deliver fabulous, fresh, fulfilling meals that enhance your life in more ways than one. Our food is never frozen or freeze-dried but instead freshly prepared by gourmet chefs. Our meals are created by renowned Chef Silvia De Antonio and inspired by Mediterranean principles. We know healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland and unfulfilling. That’s why our menus are designed with fresh, bold flavors and are perfectly portioned to leave your taste-buds as happy as your waistline. We believe in elevating healthy habits, which is why our approach is tailor-made to enhance your lifestyle. All our plans include 3 fresh meals and 2 snacks delivered directly to your door. We offer flexible delivery days and the option to add food preferences to customize your plan. For extra support in your journey to a healthier lifestyle, we offer access to our nutritionists and a simple online meal planner.
