The cancer survivor population is expected to grow by 30 percent over the next decade. Working with data from multiple systems is a challenge across healthcare. In the oncology continuum, there are gaps across therapies, counsels, infusion visits, and supportive care services to name a few. Patient-reported symptom data integrated directly with EMR and the health system patient portal fills gaps in care and provides a comprehensive understanding of the patient experience.

Every year on June 8th, Brain Tumor Day is marked to raise awareness and educate people about brain tumors. On this day, a tribute is also paid to people who have been affected by brain tumors. Like with any cancer type, early detection of brain tumors is critical for a better survival outcomes.
