This happened after a private client session in my studio said: You are always good!
Being a healer doesn’t mean that I am always good.
I receive a lot of support from my mentors and other healers I go to when I need to heal, align or clear myself.
The journey of healing, expanding, integrating only ends when we decide to not look at that aspect of our lives.
Having received so much support for a very long time is what provides us with the inner skills to navigate life and its flow without braking or shaking us completely each time.
Being 100% all the time is not realistic. It is about how we navigate through the sunny days or the storm that makes us more resourceful, aware and grateful for what we have at hand.
