Mini exercise (2 minutes):

1.Put one hand on your chest.

2.Breathe slowly 3 times.

3.Ask: “What would feel nourishing today?”

4.Choose ONE tiny enjoyment moment.

Notice what shows up: pleasure / guilt / resistance / relief.

Then try this:
Feel the resistance… without obeying it.

Comment: “Today I choose ___.”

When you start choosing enjoyment, resistance can spike.

Guilt. Irritation. Restlessness.
Suddenly your brain lists everything you “should” be doing.

That doesn’t mean stop.
It means your system is learning a new pattern.

Try this sentence:
“I can feel resistance AND still choose nourishment.”

Small joy moments aren’t small.
They’re training your nervous system to receive.

Try this before the weekend (60 seconds):

One hand on your chest

Inhale through the nose

Exhale longer (like you’re letting every thought drop)

Whisper: “I’m here. I’m listening.”

Take a moment to hear what message comes.

That’s the shift:
not forcing clarity—creating space for it.
