It’s a practice of receiving—one that nourishes your whole environment.
Mini exercise (2 minutes):
1.Put one hand on your chest.
2.Breathe slowly 3 times.
3.Ask: “What would feel nourishing today?”
4.Choose ONE tiny enjoyment moment.
Notice what shows up: pleasure / guilt / resistance / relief.
Then try this:
Feel the resistance… without obeying it.
Comment: “Today I choose ___.”
