Virtual Support Agents for Tax Season help - Florida Residents -Job Description/Summary: Email address and Resume is required for all application submissions.
1. Seeking experienced customer service, call center, and virtual support reps interested in working from home as a Virtual Support Agent.
2. If you like guiding and helping others find answers, then we could definitely use your help as a virtual support agent working from home.
3. This is a third party 1099 independent opportunity.
4. It involves using your home computer and remotely answering inbound phone and/or video calls over the internet from your home office to assist individuals with support questions.
5. Training and Certification start in a few weeks and Classes are filling up fast! We have variety of times available during the day and evening that may fit your schedule.
6. Other opportunities to service Clients are also available after certification and Through the year. Your choice based on your strengths and preferences.
Requirements/Qualifications:
● 6+ months of customer service experience (call center or phone support experience preferred).
● Must have and/or be willing to put together a home office setting in your home (or an area where you can turn into home office).
● High level of professionalism and phone adequate for business purposes.
● Excellent typing and computer skills.
● Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
Pay/Benefits/Shifts:
● $12/hour starting + bonuses/incentives available based on performance, hours worked and customer satisfaction.
● All hours/shifts available (Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Holidays and OT) you choose your own hours as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week for Full Time Positions.
Part Time- 15 hours available starting at $8.50 per hour starting pay. (Based on Performance, hours worked and customer satisfaction)
