This has been a common theme in my holistic mental health practice. Humans forgetting their own purpose and divinity, and then finding themselves feeling lost in grief and anxiety while living other peoples’ life 🥺.
Connecting to our own needs wasn’t something that was taught to us as young children, and it becomes a problem as we grow into adulthood. Everything is connected and it begins with the small things. Routines don’t have to be grueling. They can be comprised by small actions that foster a connection with ourselves. Once that connection is more established then we can work on the bigger things. I hope this helps! Love you. Stella ✨♥️

🇺🇸Today I feel heavy-hearted knowing that we may be entering into an international conflict that may escalate to a war. Without being political in any way, I’d like to invite us all to pray. Pray for peace. Pray for fairness and justice. Pray for the protection of our soldiers and their families. Pray that the current US government is guided with eyes of justice, humanity, and not greed or ego. Pray for a minimal amount of time before we have a resolution. ☮️ 🙏🏼☀️

We must find the motivation behind our desire to change our lives, otherwise we will continue to miss the mark of happiness. Once we understand our motivation behind our behavior we can passionately pursue our dreams. 🌈🦄

Motivation can be as simple as, “I will love myself the way I wish my parents had.” With this understanding you can passionately live every day providing yourself the love you never had. 🥰

This passion will propel you to not allow anyone to mistreat you and disrespect you. 🧐

Passion can show up as a new reason to live. 🌹Find your passion. Find your motivation and pursue it with all of your might! 🦾💯

💜 Woke up to find a new review on Google. 💜

I cannot tell you how happy it makes me feel when I read this amazing young woman’s words.
I show up every day for my patients in a way that is genuinely full of love and compassion. 🥰

I don’t know any way else to be. I see my patient’s pain as a reminder that I am needed in this world. Whenever my own life gets heavy and challenging, all I have to do is remember the success stories like this one. Then my heart realigns and asks me to get back to work. 🦾💫

My style of treatment is unique because my story is unique. My traumas, my own suffering has shaped me into a person who sees beyond what the eyes can see. 🧐

I recognize issues in my clients even before they become aware of them. My treatment modalities are holistic because we are multi-dimensional beings. One cookie-cutter approach( like many “workbooks” sold on TI-TOK for therapists) is NOT sufficient. Each human being carries their own understanding of what their life means because their experience is their own.

💫This is one of my secret weapon affirmations t I use with my beautiful souls in n my holistic mental health practice. It’s fantastic for when we tend to ruminate on negative projections of what could go wrong. 🧐

Unfortunately when we go through difficult events in our lives, we may develop the need to anticipate an outcome to feel safe and “in control.” However this is a cognitive distortion that creates a sense of hyper vigilance in our daily lives. ☹️This hyper vigilance slowly strips away at or ability to enjoy life. 👎🏼

🌈When you practice this affirmation often, it will help you be more present and mindful. When we are engaged in mindfulness we are less likely to feel anxious and “in our head.”

I remind my patients that acceptance of the feeling and allowing, are crucial when healing from past trauma. I know it’s not the most comfortable way at first, but the rewards are life- changing.
✨As Rumi says in his transformational poem, The Guest House,: emotions may be “clearing you out for a new delight.”
