First up, and one I fully stand by: consistency wins every time. One “perfect” week of clean eating and intense workouts won’t transform your life.
What will? A few solid habits you can repeat over and over again. Your body responds to what you do consistently, not occasionally. So instead of going all in for a short period of time, choose smaller, more attainable goals that fit your everyday life.
