Terra Sol Healing Arts

Terra Sol Healing Arts We are not meant to live as a slave to our minds and our bodies. We are meant to flow, to glow,
and to grow.

We are meant to thrive, to be constantly delving deeper
into the healing stillness of the present moment. My first seven years of yoga I was receiving little input from other teachers. Repeatedly failed by expensive and non-sustainable healthcare band-aids, as well as
watching others experience the same, I needed to take my health into my own hands. I became practiced and educated in natural heali

ng, not only for me,
but for my family and the wider wave of people ready to take their health into their own hands, people ready to become aware and in tune with their bodies and minds and to dedicate themselves to healing the whole person. My goal when I first realized my destiny on the 'Red Road';
a term used in some Native American tribes to describe 'the way of the healer',
was to begin by healing myself, to learn yoga organically, intuitively, from,
and in tune with Gaia, her elements, her rhythms, and her seasons. I began letting my natural inclinations reveal to me postures, balance and presence,
until Carpe Diem brought me to a school in 2012, White Lotus in Santa Barbara (pictured below); a place where I could be immersed in nature while studying yoga. They gifted me with knowledge to safely and effectively pursue uniting my own organic discoveries with Vinyasa Flow. I practice intuition, along with my understanding of yoga, alignment, mind-body awareness; the way the brain and emotions relate to the body, and the rhythm of breath to guide each student to the heartbeat of their own intuitive-healing flow. I continue my studies while offering weekly classes, private group and individual classes. I am knowledgable and resourceful in many aspects of rehabilitation,
natural health; mental and spiritual and I invite you to
grow with me.
