Weekend Forecast!!! (09/12/25)

You can’t handle the truth! Or can you, finally? Blindfolds and band-aids both get ripped off this weekend, as the unpleasant consequences of lying to yourself finally outweigh the unpleasant consequences of admitting the harsh truth to the cold light of day. With King of Swords sternly dominating this reading, your courage, willingness, and general commitment to being in alignment (no matter what!) take a huge, commanding step forward. Pain will be had in the aftermath, yes, but it will be manageable, and minor compared to the eventual benefits. After all, you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs!

2 of Swords Rx shocks you out of denial - and into distress. If you’ve been uncomfortably riding the fence, the days of splinters up your butt are over, as destiny or circumstance abruptly enters the scene to push you to one side or the other. Weekend Forecast!!! (09/05/25)

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! This weekend’s fiery (if frustrating) forecast is all about turning obstacles into opportunities, and repurposing blocks as stepping stones. So maybe your hot new investment isn’t paying off handsomely yet. As it marinates, you could be simmering - allowing your creative juices to ooze and mingle with the elevated energetic environment you’ve worked so hard to break into. While on the surface this spread looks challenging, it’s positively exploding with potential energy that’s begging to be channeled into something productive and prosocial - something that will benefit all beings, not just yourself. Shoulder the burden willingly, and karma will thank you.

Ace of Pentacles Rx represents a new opportunity, perhaps financial or career-related. Many versions of this card show a hand holding the lone, shining pentacle, as if scooping up blessings. 10 of Wands is an unpleasant, albeit silver-lined card that insinuates the final exhausting push before we drop. It also speaks to carrying burdens that aren’t even ours - at least not ones we’ve consciously chosen within this lifetime. In this iteration, the giant roach on the man’s back smacks of all the shadow material we’d rather ignore in disgust than integrate with honor. But until we accept the package deal that life has handed us, we are doomed to aim low and operate beneath our true capacities. Fortunately, when we finally digest the whole enchilada, we unlock otherworldly superpowers and set all of our magic in motion!

This weekend holds a taunting mixture of reward and loss, triumph and travesty, momentum and holding pattern. Staying centered in presence, and holding our desired ends steadfastly in mind, will help us to walk the path steadily - even if this looks like “moving up and down as if traveling a rough road”, per the Tao. Every moment is a test, but remember that the Universe is looking for consistency, not perfection. This weekend’s trials and travails WILL bring us closer to our goals, if we seize upon them as meaningful choice points.

Officially moved out of the old office and event space!

A sentimental moment…
Helluva lot has happened in those rooms, over the past four years I’ve been working and playing there.

Lotta healing.
Lotta insights.
Lotta connections made.
Lotta profound conversations.
Lotta drama. (I mean… it happens.)
Lotta beauty.
Lotta shifts.
Lotta journeys undertaken.
Lotta wisdom shared.
Lotta big decisions made.
Lotta stepping up.
Lotta life-altering breakthroughs.
Lotta laughter.
Lotta crying. (Not always me. Sometimes I make my clients cry. Usually within the first 30 seconds of a reading.)
Lotta emotions displayed.
Lotta energy released.
Lotta loads lightened.
Lotta friendships cemented.
Lotta great people.
Lotta great spirits.
Lotta “just for me, just for fun”.
Etc.

And yet, the show must go on, and the plot (and setting!) must continue to advance.

Right now I’m in that awkward pause between gently and fondly closing the door on the old, and triumphantly flinging open the door of the new. My new office in Berea is a functional yet bare-bones skeleton of the decked-out masterpiece it will be. Expect a grand opening and an expanded schedule soon, hopefully later this month - but right now, I’m taking a moment to breathe, get my s**t together, and make sure all the elements are in place.

Meanwhile, you can still find me doing readings and healings at Goddess Elite every Thursday, Friday and Sunday! Yes, friends, the alliance holds fast - and in fact grows tighter, as I will be working directly out of the store on those days, rather than in the “best kept secret” space next door.
