Join Buckeye Hospice Care on Friday, September 18th for a meaningful day of golf, community connection, and giving back at Pine Valley Golf Club.
This year’s outing proudly benefits the HANDS Foundation and the Medina County Senior & Adult Foundation, two organizations dedicated to supporting seniors and adults in need throughout our community.

At Buckeye Hospice Care, we are committed to continually investing in education and leadership development to better serve our patients, families, and care teams.

This week, Lauren Adams ,Dementia Care Coordinator for The LTM Group, and Jessica Iorio , Vice President of Hospice Operations for The LTM Group/Buckeye Hospice Care, spent two days in Hillsborough NC at the Snow Approach Foundation headquarters completing Positive Approach to Leadership (PAL) training with Teepa Snow and her team.

This hands-on experience focused on practical strategies to implement the Positive Approach to Care model at every level of an organization—strengthening leadership, enhancing communication, and driving meaningful, sustainable outcomes for those we serve.

As the first hospice organization in the world to become PAC-designated, Buckeye Hospice Care continues to lead the way in bringing innovative, compassionate dementia care practices into hospice. This training represents another step forward in elevating our teams and expanding our impact.

We look forward to bringing these strategies back to our organization as we continue to grow, lead, and serve at the highest level.
