Every time we go to Honduras, I’m reminded how much there is to be grateful for 🤍
I’m grateful for the ability to financially support this mission and bring my team to serve—something I never take for granted.
I’m deeply grateful for Irina, who so faithfully and compassionately cares for our Cleveland patients while we’re away.
I’m grateful for a team that says yes to serving—who shows up with heart, humility, and a willingness to give more than they take.
I’m grateful for the trust of patients who allow us to care for them, often after years of pain, swelling, or wounds that have gone untreated.
I’m grateful for the hands-on skills we’ve been given—the ability to heal, relieve pain, and restore dignity through the work we do.
I’m grateful for perspective—the reminder of what truly matters when you step outside of your everyday environment.
I’m grateful for the moments that can’t be measured: a patient’s smile, relief after treatment, or simply being seen and cared for.
I’m grateful for the resilience of the communities we serve—the strength, warmth, and gratitude they show despite limited resources.
I’m grateful for the way this work brings our team closer—shared purpose, long days, and meaningful connections that last far beyond the trip.
I’m grateful to come home changed every time—with a fuller heart, clearer purpose, and a renewed commitment to serve both abroad and at home.
Honduras changes me. Every single time. 🇭🇳🤍
