We’re proud to spotlight Kristin Wagner at Sunset Funeral, Cremation Services & Cemetery. Since joining the team in December 2023, Kristin has compassionately guided families through arranging meaningful funeral services that bring peace, comfort, and a sense of closure during life’s most difficult moments.

Kristin comes from a family-owned funeral home and is proud to be second-generation in the profession. From a young age, she was immersed in the funeral industry, inspired by watching her family serve their community with kindness and care. That early foundation shaped her deep respect for the work and the families who place their trust in her.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, guitar, bass guitar, and ukulele. She is also passionate about philanthropy and community involvement. We’re grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and heart Kristin brings to our families and our team each day.

Our Story

Located on Columbia Rd. in North Olmsted, OH, Sunset Memorial Park is the area’s premier final resting place. Founded in 1929, the cemetery is comprised of 170 acres overlooking the Rocky River; also sharing a border with the Cleveland Metro Parks. The cemetery offers many beautiful options for in-ground burial, mausoleum entombment, and the area’s most unique options for the placement of cremated remains. Located on the grounds of the cemetery, and working in conjunction with Sunset Memorial Park, Dostal Bokas Funeral Services was founded by Anton “Tony” Dostal to provide our families with the convenience of having a complete funeral service in one location. Our beautiful facility, known as the Sunset Chapel, offers chapels for visitations and funeral services, as well as banquet rooms for gatherings after the funeral. The staff of Sunset Memorial Park and Dostal Bokas Funeral Services is comprised of caring individuals devoted to easing the burden of the families entrusted into our care.
