I offer a non-judgmental approach and find strengths in every situation. With a little guidance your life will change for the better one step at a time. My specialty is working with children and adolescents using play therapy techniques as a form of communication and emotional processing. I also have experience in trauma related disorders,anxiety, crisis management, depression, ADHD, conduct disorder and personality disorders. I am a Qualified State Supervisor for MSW interns and offer supervision on a weekly basis. Mental Health Wellness should be just as important as an Annual Physical or getting your teeth clean twice a year which is taking the preventative approach.
