Her first job as a young child was helping her father in his hardware business. After graduating from school, Carol worked in the insurance industry for a number of years. In 1993, she migrated to the Cayman Islands, where she obtained her Master's degree and her yoga instructor qualifications from Cayman and Canada, all while enjoying a 22-year career in the legal profession. Carol moved to the United States in 2017, securing her advanced sports and exercise nutrition certification (UK), and working as a Wellness Advisor in colleges and universities in Florida. When time allows, Carol provides 1-on-1 online instruction in Mindfulness Meditation, and still manages to take on charitable projects. The Power of Breath Work:
