Sauna culture is built on tradition - but also on knowledge. Let’s clear up a few common misconceptions.

Myth 1️⃣: “You can’t throw water on an electric heater.”
In reality, most electric heaters are designed for 𝑙𝑒𝑖𝑙* - unless the manufacturer specifically states otherwise. Electric does not mean “dry.”

Myth 2️⃣: “More power means better performance.”
A heater must match the room’s volume, materials, and heat loss. Oversizing or undersizing both reduce comfort and efficiency.

Myth 3️⃣: “Electric heater = sharp 𝑙𝑒𝑖𝑙.”
The character of 𝑙𝑒𝑖𝑙 depends on stone capacity and heater design - not on whether the heat source is electric or wood-fired. Larger stone mass allows for softer, longer-lasting steam.

Good sauna is not about extremes. It’s about balance.
