Maple Park Dental Associates is looking for a Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator to join our expanding office at our North Platte Location. We are seeking a great team player who is outgoing with a positive attitude who is detail and team oriented, able to work at a fast pace, has the ability to be trained and learn new job functions, and has great organizational & communication skills.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
(Hours may vary)

Work Location:
North Platte

Experience:
Office Experience (Preferred)
Eaglesoft Experience (Preferred but not required)
High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED

Duties:
-Coordinate, integrate, and represent all facets of patient services
-Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed
-Answer the telephone
-Communicate with patients regarding scheduling options
-Maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow
