🌺 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌺
Mental health is often treated as something happening only in the mind.
But the nervous system, the body, emotional patterns, stress load, and sense of safety all shape how we feel and function.
Fatigue, overwhelm, irritability, numbness, shutdown, anxiety — these are not personal failures.
They are information.
Support becomes more effective when we stop separating the mind from the rest of the human experience.
