Location: North Platte, NE

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:
As the first point of contact for our clients, patients, and visitors, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and check-in patients in a warm, professional manner
-Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Maintain organized front desk area and manage office supplies
-Collect and process payments when necessary
-Assist with administrative tasks and support staff as needed

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
-Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance

Schedule:
Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We are now offering The Fresh Test as an option for your gestational diabetes screening. If you’ve heard stories about the traditional glucose drink… we listened.

The Fresh Test is a more natural, better-tasting alternative that many patients find easier to get down (because pregnancy is hard enough without chugging something neon orange 😅).

Cost: $20

If you’d like to use The Fresh Test for your glucose screening, just let our staff know at your visit and we’ll get you set up!
