New year, new things!
John and Jenny are excited to be offering this series through MPCC Business & Community Education community classes.
Within the life force that is your breath, there are endless possibilities beyond box breathing. By cultivating a conscious awareness of your breathing, you can elevate your mood, reduce anxiety, regulate blood pressure, and even boost your energy levels. Whether you have been practicing breathwork for a while or just curious about the possibilities, everyone is welcome in this space.

Week Three, March 23rd - The Mind-Body-Breath Connection
