Such a phenomenal class on the “Balcony” this morning at the Prairie Arts Center ❤️

—temp was just right, the sky was wide open, and the energy from my students was next-level.

Each one showed up with such presence, strength, and intention. I watched as they moved with grace and power, breathing life into every pose. Their determination, balance, and heart reminded me why I love teaching so much.

Feeling grateful, and inspired. 💛🧘‍♀️
