Staff Spotlight: Beni is one of our excellent front receptionists and schedulers. She greets and checks in/out patients while also managing phone calls and several of our satellite clinics. Grace is one of our hard working Medical Assistants. She helps prepare the patients for their visit, assists the doctors, takes patients calls and also assists with our satellite clinics. Stephanie is the newest member of our billing department. She helps file and appeal claims, sends out patient billing, receives insurance payments and is always willing to help out where needed. These 3 talented ladies are valuable memebers of our team! Thank you for all you do!

This week’s Staff Highlight features Tabatha and Makenna. Tabatha is one of our front receptionist. She not only greets and schedules the patients in our North Platte office, but she manages several out clinics, referrals and all things VA. Makenna is one of our medical assistants while also being a full time student. She helps keep the flow of rooms going smoothly, handles sterilization of tools and assists the nurses as needed. We are glad to have them in the GPFAS family! Thank you for all that you ladies do!

Meet Hannah and Brennan! Hannah and Brennan are two of our excellent Medical Assistants!!

In addition to all of what that entails: Hannah is Dr. Mason’s main clinical assistant, handles our Medical Records and is our Product Ordering Coordinator. Brennan is our Custom Orthotics Coordinator, assists with referrals and is also interning/studying for Medical School. These two always have a smile and kindness to offer our patients! We appreciate you two!

Today we'd like to spotlight two more of our staff. Bailee is our Clinical Coordinator. She does an awesome job keeping the clinic side of things running smoothly and also travels with Dr. Wray to assist at some of our satellite clinics. Angela is our Office Administrator and works to improve on all aspects of the business and as support for the doctors and staff. We appreciate you two!
