We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Would consider part-time for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Rooming patients and documenting vital signs
• Performing IV insertions, blood draws, and injections
• Managing prior authorizations and medication refills
• Assisting with minor procedures and patient education
• Supporting overall clinic workflow and patient care to include CCM/RPM enrollment

Qualifications:
• Current RN or LPN license (required)
• Phlebotomy and IV experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
