🌿✨ Cold & Flu Season Reminder ✨🌿

As much as I love seeing you on the massage table, if you’re coming down with something, the BEST thing you can do is rest and recover. Massage gets your lymphatic system moving — which is wonderful when you’re healthy, but not when your body is already busy fighting a bug.

So if you’re sick, please cancel guilt-free (I’ll happily take your stress, but you can keep your cold 😉).

And while you’re resting, here are a few natural ways to help your body heal:
💜 Elderberry syrup for immune support
🍯 Honey & lemon tea to soothe sore throats
🧄 Garlic & ginger for antiviral power
