Yes, I know this may come as a shock. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for each and every single one of YOU. You have made this little passion of mine grow in ways I would've never thought possible. Thank you, from the bottom of my (albeit icy😉) heart! I will be updating you on where I land and the different ways we can continue our work and connection, however until then, the last day to book will be April 22nd. Every time, cracks me up! So, somewhere between the old standby "relax, rejuvenate, etc"
AND
"no pain no gain, agony".. there lies a wonderful space I call bodywork. If I go to light, just lotion your skin, the benefit is minimal. If I go to hard, and simply use more pressure, your body fights and the benefits are minimal and we both can injure. That sweet spot however, that's my jam! Sinking into the tissue, working WITH your body, in-tune, and connected.
