Our goal with The Active Adult is to provide people who care about their health & wellness FREE access to physical therapy-related tips and tricks that we know will help keep you moving and pain-free. There is so much bad advice out there that we decided to take it upon ourselves to do our part in providing quality information for everyone to enjoy.

Our Facebook group is perfect to connect with the Total Therapy Florida physical therapists, and receive wellness tips and tricks that you can trust! You can ask our team as many questions as you'd like, or you can simply be a "lurker" and take a more passive participation approach, either way is fine!

Twas a couple nights before Christmas and all through the clinic,
Everyone was mad the rain messed up our picnic.

The stretch bands were hung on the weight rack with care,
Mason was the maddest because there was going to be free food there!

No wings! No drinks! Russ said as he cried.
Deb looked at the margarita pitcher and cried cause it was dry.

Justin spoke up and said "I know how to make you feel better"...
"Next Friday come to work in your ugliest holiday sweater!"
