Evergreen Holistic of North Port, Florida is boutique style yoga & wellness studio. We are a community of independent holistic practitioners coming together under one roof to cultivate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. It is our belief that when you include a holistic approach to your health and wellness journey it can empower you to take back an active role in your own self-care. At our facility we strive to offer a clean, safe and compassionate environment to all who walk through our doors. Each practitioner brings a specialized approach and valuable insight into the wellness journey. We offer a full weekly schedule of Yoga and meditation classes. Individualized appointments are available for Therapeutic Massage, Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Ayurvedic Counseling, MPS Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Private Yoga, House Blessings & more.

Our Story

Evergreen Holistic, Inc. was founded in May of 2020 by husband and wife, Matt and Angel Loflin. Merely an idea in 2015, the Loflin's began dreaming up ways to leave the high tech world of machining behind to dive into holistic healing and ways they could bring overall health and wellness to others. With Matt's passion in the energetic body and Angel's passion in the practice of yoga, they moved with their daughter, Mylah, from Texas to join Matt's parents, Ray and Rev. Donna Loflin (Unity Church of Peace), in North Port, Florida in 2016. While sharing their dreams and goals with Matt's dad, Ray shared a vision of an Evergreen healing center. Matt immediately enrolled in the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in Sarasota and Angel began a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Heartwood Yoga Institute in Bradenton. In November 2017, shortly after hurricane Irma, their dreams began to manifest when an opportunity aligned to join in partnership as co-owners of North Port Yoga + Wellness. Matt began to build a reputation of healing through massage and energy work while Angel took on the day-to-day tasks of running the business and teaching off-site trauma informed yoga classes. As a business trifecta, each partner seemed to grow into their respective roles, brining tremendous growth to the business through wellness services of massage, yoga, teacher training, workshops and more. After their partner moved out of state, Matt and Angel took on the task of building out a brand new facility for NPYW. They are happy to have helped grown it to what it is today, and are excited for their new journey ahead!
