🧍 Warm-Up (5 mins)

Arm circles – 30 sec forward + 30 sec backward
March in place – 1 min
Torso twists – 1 min
Jumping jacks or step jacks – 1 min
Leg swings or hip openers – 1 min

🏋️‍♀️ Beginner Circuit

1. Bodyweight Squats – 12 reps
Targets: Legs & glutes
Form tip: Keep your back straight, chest up, and knees behind toes.
2. Wall Push-Ups – 10–12 reps
Targets: Chest & arms
Too easy? Try incline push-ups on a countertop.
3. Glute Bridges – 12–15 reps
Targets: Glutes & core
Squeeze your glutes at the top for max effect.
4. Bird Dogs – 10 reps each side
Targets: Core & lower back
Keep your spine neutral and control the movement.
5. Standing Knee-to-Elbow Crunches – 12 reps each side
Targets: Core & cardio
Twist slightly to engage obliques.
6. Wall Sit – Hold for 30 seconds
Targets: Legs, glutes, and mental toughness 💥
Back flat against the wall, knees at 90°.

Forward fold – Stretch hamstrings
Cat-cow stretch – Mobilize spine

🌡️🔥 What’s a Hot Flash & Why Do They Happen? 🔥🌡️

If you’ve ever felt like you were suddenly sitting inside a volcano for no reason — welcome to the world of hot flashes. 😅

Hot flashes are one of the most common symptoms of hormonal changes in women, especially during perimenopause and menopause. They feel like a sudden wave of heat (usually in the face, neck, and chest) and can come with sweating, a red/flushed face, and even a rapid heartbeat. They can last anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes — and yep, they often hit at the worst times. 🙃

💡 Why do they happen?
As estrogen levels start to drop with age, it can confuse the body’s internal thermostat (thanks, hypothalamus!). Your body thinks it's overheating — so it tries to cool down by dilating blood vessels and producing sweat… even if you're totally fine.

It’s a wild ride, but totally normal — and there are ways to manage it if it starts interfering with your day (or sleep 😴).
